Where should I go?

Wow, what a question!  First, don't worry about language--the school will work in English and if the other teachers there can make it work, you can too.  If the country speaks a language you'd like to learn, then make sure you take some lessons early on, because language is also culture and speaking and it's wonderful to learn a language as you learn a culture and interact with people from another way of life.

Choose the country, yes, but also choose the school (as best you can figure it out) and choose the salary--where will be most be able to travel to other interesting countries, where will you most be able to save as well as enjoy yourself?  And try to find out about the students the school serves, so you are sure that you will enjoy them.
